FAQ's

Clarity on services, process, and what to expect.

We specialize in mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering, technical R&D, and compliance consulting focused on companies developing manufactured products.  We do not currently offer civil engineering or structural engineering services.

Our team follows industry standards with documented processes and PE-led oversight to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Yes, we provide end-to-end technical product development, including CAD modeling, prototyping, and manufacturing support.

We primarily specialize in Industrial, manufacturing, mechanical and Electrical Engineering disciplines

We use ClickUp and Microsoft built-in tools for project management, with the ability to utilize more formal platforms like Microsoft Project and Monday.com. We can seamlessly integrate with whatever tools our clients use to ensure smooth workflow integration. For communication, we primarily use Microsoft Teams but are flexible to adopt any internal communication tools our clients prefer to maintain seamless collaboration.

Yes, our founder is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Oregon, ensuring professional accountability and technical expertise.

We prioritize the voice of the customer (VOC) to ensure we address real problems, not perceived ones. This initial VOC sets the foundation for defining practical requirements and measuring project success. During the design cycle, we use rapid learning cycles to fail fast and clarify what works and what doesn’t. We start by brainstorming many ideas, then use these rapid cycles to narrow down options until one solution stands out. This iterative approach helps us avoid investing too far into ideas that may encounter challenges, enabling faster, more robust development.
