Carl is an engineering and product development leader with 20+ years of experience turning complex ideas into market‑ready products across diverse industries – from innovative Nike equipment, advanced machinery, to small appliances. Carl thrives in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments, leading cross‑functional teams through early‑stage exploration, prototyping, and seamless hand‑off to production. His maker mindset, hands‑on approach, and deep understanding of design and manufacturing bridges the gap from creative vision to practical execution.
SENIOR ELECTRICAL & CONTROLS ENGINEER
Vincent is a seasoned automation specialist with over 12 years of experience designing, programming, and commissioning PLC, HMI, and SCADA control systems across a range of industrial applications. Holding a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, he brings deep technical expertise and hands-on insight into system integration, control panel specification, and on-site commissioning.
