Our team
Our team is built on deep experience and hands-on grit. Jason Culp, PE, brings over two decades of engineering leadership across mechanical design, FEA, product development, and project management. He’s the architect behind our technical systems and compliance-first workflows. Adam’s background spans years as a crane technician and fab shop operator, where he honed his eye for precision and efficiency. He’s SolidWorks certified, fluent in CAD, and knows how to turn real-world constraints into elegant solutions. Together, we blend field-tested know-how with design-forward thinking to deliver work that’s both engineered and intentional.
